Lisa Keogh HR Services Manager

“Lisa joined Canada Life in May 2005 as a HR Adviser and was promoted to HR Adviser and Recruitment Manager in 2007. In 2009, Lisa was promoted to Manager – HR Services and currently holds that role along with HR Business Partner responsibility for the IS and Reinsurance businesses.

Prior to joining Canada Life Lisa worked in Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals, where she held the position of HR Generalist. Previous to that Lisa worked with Stena Line.

Lisa holds a degree in HR Management and is MCIPD certified with 10 years HR experience.

Lynda Finnerty - Senior Recruitment Specialist

Lynda joined Canada Life in October 2010. Lynda has over 10 years experience in the recruitment sector.

Before joining the HR team Lynda established and ran her own recruitment agency and worked closely with HR and hiring managers on meeting the recruitment needs of Canada Life.

In 2004 Lynda worked on site for Canada Life and was responsible for German recruitment. Lynda lived in Germany for a period of 6 years and speaks fluent German.

Katharina O’Mahony – Recruitment Specialist

Katharina joined Canada Life in May 2011 as a Recruitment Specialist. Katharina has over 5 years experience in the recruitment sector.

Prior joining Canada Life Katharina worked for Kelly Services as a Recruitment Consultant. There she was responsible for hiring multilingual staff for various major corporate for the IT and Financial Services sector.

Previous to that Katharina worked for Executive Search & Recruitment agencies in Germany. Katharina holds a Masters degree in German & Slavonic Languages and moved from Germany to Dublin in 2008.
