Having graduated from University College Cork with a BA in Languages and Cultural Studies with German and Irish, I joined the Policy Alterations team of Canada Life Europe, based in Dublin. Since my recent promotion to Deputy Manager of Policy Alterations, I am responsible for supporting and motivating our department to ensure the provision of high quality service to both our customers and our large broker network in Germany. Other aspects of my role include project management, report production, recruitment and staff development.
Thanks to the generous support scheme in Canada Life, I have been able to continue my studies in the financial services industry and further develop my career within the company.
