I graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Studies specialising in Marketing. I work in the customer services department where I interact with agents, brokers, and clients. My main role is to assist clients with their queries and to provide information to agents and brokers on existing and proposed policies.
Canada Life encourages further education with study leave and funding for exams. I am currently studying to pursue an industry qualification.
Since joining Canada Life, my knowledge of the Financial Services industry has greatly improved with continuous training and expert advice on offer. I work in an active and interesting environment and I like the fact that every day is different. I am delighted to be working with a team who are supportive and keen.
The social aspect within Canada Life is enjoyable with various different social events throughout the year. It is a great way to interact with other employees in different departments.
