Canada Life offers a competitive compensation package which includes upfront commissions and productivity-based bonuses. Ultimately, your income is based on your individual performance. Commission rates payable are based on your results and to keep payments in line with your achievements, we review commission categories half-yearly.
As a self-employed Canada Life Financial Advisor, you have the opportunity to develop a valuable business asset under your Canada Life Tied Agency Agreement. Subject to meeting qualifying criteria, we offer a choice of Special Payment Agreement and Sale of Register benefits. Your Manager will explain in detail how each of these arrangements work and the potential benefit you can accrue over the course of a successful working career as a Tied Agent.
