New Financial Advisors with Canada Life receive focused training through our Career Start 18-month training programme. This programme starts as soon as you do and will help you to develop the key skills to create an effective business plan, market yourself, attract new clients and deliver an excellent service to continuously build your business.
As a new Financial Advisor with Canada Life, you'll also receive training on our financial planning processes, tools, markets and the many product solutions available to meet client needs.
Your Sales Manager will continuously work with you to identify your individual development needs and coach you on an ongoing basis to help you achieve your goals.
